@TPExpressTrains it has critical medication in - he spoke to the guard on his connecting train who said he would just have to fill out an online form for lost property. I have done so, but if there is a chance the bag is still on the train and the guard could keep it safe! Thanks

He was on the 12.04 from Manchester Airport to Edinburgh Waverley - in the first four carriages. It’s a black backpack with a red bobble hat and he left it on the overhead shelf. @TPExpressTrains
