@CraigLe25711685 It is straightforward to appeal refusal to assess. I wouldn’t spend money on a solicitor for refusal to assess tribunal. 97% are won by parents. We did it without a solicitor. The tribunal is paper based, there is no hearing. ISPEA have a great free refusal to assess appeal pack.
