"A key driver has been the free pass given to libel-driven antizionist rhetoric in our media, social media and even in the discourse of some of our politicians, community and church leaders…”
Civilised nations across the world, including UK, Australia, and USA, have seen fit to show solidarity with Israel at her time of grief, by lighting prominent buildings with Israel’s colours. Sydney Opera House, 10 Downing St, The Brandenburg Gate and buildings in Kyiv and the European Commission have responded appropriately after the worst slaughter and atrocities against Jews since the Holocaust.
Auckland Museum houses a Holocaust room and our Holocaust Foundation has directed Holocaust memorial events on its premises.
In response to the antisemitic thuggery of Hamas supporters, Auckland Museum has now apologised for the lighting of its building in expression of solidarity with the Jewish nation.
This is shameful.

Wannsee and the Education Myth
“…Certainly in the case of Nazi Germany, education did nothing to prevent the rise of a genocidal regime and the subsequent murder of six million Jews... …What of today.”

Lithuania's Hidden Holocaust — Holocaust and Antisemitism Foundation, Aotearoa New Zealand | Shadows of Shoah https://t.co/P9HIKVeGvG Wonderful interview by Sheree Trotter of the NZ Holocaust & Anti-Semitism Foundation on our latest book which exposes Shoa distortion in Lithuania
@JulietMosesNZ Strength to your arm Juliet. New Zealand's historic record of holding Nazis who settled on these shores to account is not strong, and this issue should not be left to lie.
@michaelwoodnz@JulietMosesNZ It's never too late to do the right thing, Mr Wood.
Will Labour commit to properly investigating Nazis who may have immigrated here? https://t.co/U11ieabanZ
And, related, seek appropriate action for the Holocaust-denying thesis still in the library of @UCNZ?
NZ must step up against antisemitism https://t.co/gUwf7ZDOD0
Excellent op-Ed by Sheree Trotter who has devoted many years to promoting Holocaust education in New Zealand together with her husband Perry via “Shadows of Shoa.”
It was an honour to emcee the @ShadowsofShoah event last night. Some excellent speeches and a very warm audience.
At a time of rising antisemitism, it is so important to remember and to commit to act, lest evil flourish once more.
