Great article from @DanielHarris in the @guardian. Can we recommend our films? Perfect viewing for football clubs and their academies...https://t.co/c6icjhq5Ox
Solly Perel survived the Holocaust by posing as a student at a Hitler Youth school. There, he witnessed his classmates’ indoctrination into Nazi racial theory. If he had been discovered, the Nazis would have murdered him for being Jewish. Solly recently died at age 97.
'How can I explain the unexplainable? It is a very special honour.'
Lily Ebert is one of the UK’s last living Auschwitz survivors and has devoted her life to educating people about the Holocaust.
🎖️ This week, she was awarded an MBE for her work by The King at Windsor.
This Friday is Holocaust Memorial Day.
This is the very important story of Peter Lantos, a Holocaust survivor, who shares his experience inside a German concentration camp. 💙

Lily Ebert MBE
It was so humbling to see my incredible, 99 year old, great grandmother receive her MBE today, at Windsor Castle, from His Majesty The King.
Lily said to the King: “I was in the hell, Auschwitz. How special it is to be here today, with The King, in the Palace!”
Thrilled with the evaluations we're receiving from students who have seen our films. You can still register to screen them in your school - https://t.co/vN3BA1KEcd
Well done @BBCNews. Wonderful tribute to Zigi Shipper and moving interview with Manfred Goldberg, lifelong friends, concentration camp survivors and real heroes doing so much to teach the rest of us about racism and build a stronger more united country for the rest of us.
Another emotional #Holocaust event at @ThreeRiversDC. Very moving film from @HolocaustLearn viewed by 250,000 children around the UK. My candle glows in the window in memory of my family and the millions of others. @CST_UK @HolocaustUK
