Please reach out to me. Brand new Silverado 2500 HD it has been sitting at the dealer because the engineer on your TAC team will not allow him to Replace the steering gear without running a week of diagnostics. I spent way too much money on this truck

@GM made the biggest purchase of my life for a 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD with 2000 miles on it. It has been in the shop ever since I purchased it because the engineers from your TAC team will not give the dealer to go ahead to replace the steering gear. So disappointed.
