🇺🇸Reporter: "Trump is saying Iran tried to assassinate him in Turkey."
🇮🇷Araghchi: "No. There is absolutely no need for it."
🇺🇸Reporter: "Why?"
🇮🇷Araghchi: "Trump is already destroying the United States. We don't want to eliminate him."
Araghchi is a strategic genius 🤣 👏

The World we could have / start saving…at this time of emergency. We’ve a few good leaders around the globe and Europe is mostly hanging together. Let’s do it!
This criminal has taken us to the very edge.
The Great Devaluation of Man
I was in The Lake District on honeymoon the 5th December 2025 … when also the World Cup Draw was being made in the USA.
I snuck a look at it on my mobile phone tv screen poor reception - only to see, disbelieving, Infantino giving Trump “the Peace Prize” they had concocted. Giving it in front of the entire World watching. They forced it on us.
When we could have been singing hymns to the greatness of our species. They abused everything possible.
We should have got up that moment, or the day after, all the football federations, all the World’s press, even the Hawkshead Herald and the Tarn Hows Times and said NO! NOOOOOOH! STOP !
We should have threatened to boycott the World Cup back then. We were warned of the liberty that would be taken.

I think if I see that dreadful BBC promotional film “what has the @bbc ever done for me” again I may be forced to heave a brick through my TV screen! It is dreadful and is probably doing the exact opposite of what it is supposed to be doing. 😩
Three more difficult headlines for Gianni Infantino in the Telegraph, Le Monde and NZZ am Sontag. It’s relentless. Infantino remains defiant, “strongly” denying allegations, spending time with his allies, shoring up his support - and he has plenty of support in Africa, Asia and elsewhere like Mexico and Argentina. But the criticism emanating from Europe, home to the strongest confederation, doesn’t stop. Day after day.
Is there a point when FIFA’s management board, Council or his friends and family advise enough is enough? Because the clock ticks louder. In 26 days, the FIFA women’s Under-20s World Cup kicks off. It could be boycotted by UEFA nations unless Infantino stands down.
Six of the 24 teams involved are European: England, France, Italy, Poland, Portugal and Spain. The hosts are European: Poland. The tournament can’t go on without Europe. 504 young players have worked so hard to get there. Their dreams risk being sacrificed on the altar of football politics. UEFA shows no sign of backing down. The storm of headlines shows no sign of abating. For the good of the game - and the games - Infantino has to go.
@fifamedia@FIFAcom Here is the list of countries supporting FIFA, and corresponding CPI (Corruption Perception Index) ranking from #UNESCO. Take your conclusions 🤷🏻♂️
