Today, the 19th day of August, 2020, I have honourably tendered my voluntary resignation as a Commissioner (Ministry of Commerce & Industries) and a Member of the State Executive Council in the Government of Bauchi State.

Today at the World Bank workshop titled “Catalyzing Private Investment in the States." The aim of the workshop is to start a discussion on improving the business environment at the subnational level in order to catalyse increased private investment within the states.

We had a fruitful meeting with the MD/CEO @NeximBank, Alhaji Abba Bello where we discussed possible investments and other collaborative options. The machinery to bring them to fruition has already been put into motion.
