Things Butler Basketball Fans don’t want to hear: Thad Matta has been an abject failure in his return to BU. Things actually started out pretty well with getting a player like Manny Bates to go with some decent guards LaVall got there. But since then

The future is bleak for Butler. It pains my heart to say. I love this program and if I had a Billion dollars I would give everything to it. But I and the BU community doesn’t. So what now? That’s above my pay grade. I’m just a die hard with a Burner.

Here’s something the Boosters NEED TO HEAR. PAY UP or this program should not be in the Big East anymore. I’m not sorry for saying that. U have 5 of the top 20 CBB budgets in the Big East (Marq. UCONN, Nova, GT, and DePaul *now). We cannot compete unless we can pay.
