@cspikeRUN @roxyred808 Yeah except, as stated in our contract, they multiply the number of days in the school year by your rate of pay (which is determined by your education and years of experience) and then divide that by 12 months. So you get paid only for school days

And lastly, I don't know about u, but medical benefits don't pay lights, gas, or water bills, I don't even use it most months, but they take it

3rd. I know plenty of retired teachers here who have either come back to the classroom, gotten other jobs, or substitute to supplement their pensions.
