@AlexHormozi I think a happy life is one where each day you wake up excited for what lies ahead. Rich or poor. Skilled or unskilled. The second you lose the ability to see an avenue for newness and improvement your happiness atrophies.
Happiness depends on having a backlog of meaningful or joyful memories. This fuel drives your life satisfaction.

3. Experiencing something new
4. Learning
