Fees set on pools opened this hour on Robinhood Chain:
99% · 90% · 90% · 87% · 87% · 84% · 80% · 80% · 79% · 78%
20 of the last 300 pools were opened with a fixed fee of 10% or more. 17 of them are funded.
The fee is public. It is just never shown to you.
Holder access on Hook Prog asks your wallet for one thing: sign a sentence.
Not a transaction. Not an approval. It says, in words, that it is free and moves no funds.
Nothing is locked. Your tier is your balance, read on chain each time.

We deep-scanned the 20 biggest hooks on Robinhood Chain. They sit under 274,398 pools.
2 are upgradeable, each by a single wallet.
9 have an owner: 6 plain wallets, 3 contracts.
11 expose no owner at all.
Permissions say what a hook may do. Ownership says who can change it.
6 pools opened this hour let you buy, then refuse the sale.
The buy goes through. The sell reverts.
Some launch guards block sells for a while; some never open. A simulated round trip tells you which side of the door you are on before you pay to find out.
We simulated a buy and a sell-back in 33 funded pools opened in the last hour.
7 lose under 5%.
15 lose more than half.
6 refuse the sale.
Fresh pool does not mean fair pool. Run the round trip before you ape.
A new Uniswap v4 pool opens on Robinhood Chain every 11.8 seconds.
300 in the last hour. 55 hold any liquidity. 84 carry a hook. 20 charge 10% or more per swap.
Nobody can read that by hand. Holders watch it live: https://t.co/r5fJi6iu7A
Update: the scanner now buys and sells back.
For every funded pool of a token, it simulates a small buy, then the sale of what it bought, with Uniswap's own Quoter. What does not come back is what the pool and its hook keep.
Same token, nine pools: you keep 99.8% in one and 1% in another.
On $HOOKPROG's two v4 pools: 1% and 0.01%. Do not route through them.
$HOOKPROG now does something.
Hold 100K and the radar runs live: every new Uniswap v4 pool on Robinhood Chain as it opens, with its liquidity, its fee and what its hook may do. Everyone else sees it an hour late.
Plus a deep scan of any hook: who owns it, and whether its code can be swapped.
No lock. No staking. Access follows your balance.

Pools have fingerprints.
301 of the last 400 hooked pools on Robinhood Chain use the same unusual tick spacing: 8. Another 60 use 200.
A template leaves a signature. Spot the signature and you know what kind of pool you are in before reading anything else.
How to read a Hook Prog scan in three looks:
1. The verdict: observes, sets fees, or can move funds
2. The bits: the orange ones can take from you
3. The plain words: what each permission allows
Ten seconds, and you know what the pool may do.

What a hook cannot do.
A hook only runs when a swap or a deposit goes through its own pool. It cannot reach the tokens sitting in your wallet, unless you approve it yourself.
So the question is never "is this hook in my wallet". It is "which pool am I about to use".
What is the highest fee a Uniswap v4 pool is allowed to charge?
100%. The whole trade.
It is a constant in the protocol, and anyone can open a pool at it for any token. We found pools at 79% and 99% on our own.
A fee tier is a number someone chose. Read it.
686 hooks on Robinhood Chain hold two permissions at once: refuse a withdrawal, and take funds.
They sit under 25,826 pools.
Allowed is not guilty. But if you provide liquidity, this is the pair to check before you deposit.
Look at the last character of a hook's address.
0: it takes nothing from your swap (52% of hooks)
4: it may take from what you get out (19%)
8: it may take from what you put in (4%)
c: both sides (24%)
