@big_monkeyball Interesting thought. Do you think it's because they didn't have a name for it and thought something was wrong with them, so they just kept their mouths shut? Or maybe the did try to tell a parent, and that parent freaked out and sent them to church camp where they were abused.

@woofknight My high school had auto motive, sewing, cooking, how to write a check and balance a check book, I think our health class taught us basic first aid. The only thing they didn't have was taxes.

@schuld_eth @InternetH0F This is true with every generation. I'm an elder millennial. When I graduated HS, in 2003, I was making min wage $7.25. There is no way I could have afforded to live on my own.
