So I don’t know if I’ve mentioned it yet, but for some crazy reason I’m signed up to @Ultra_MMA in the Ashford May comp... never done it but think there is something very pure in the honest physicality of it... this is Day 2 of training - let’s see what happens.

On Sales I can’t really comment as I don’t know... 2018 rev was £2.2m, £4-6m calendar 2019 forecast depending on new tap sites...

@British_Airways Both were reported to the flight crew at the time, but both are demonstrations of inadequate maintenance & care for customer experience... we’ll pick this up via DM now but this wouldn’t happen on an @emirates / @VirginAtlantic flight as the fleet appears better maintained
