This is when I'm supposed to say, "lots of room for improvement." 😂
@a7las1984@nateyamasaki Stay at home wife is a huge flex, like having a vacation home in the 1990's. Raising a family is the goal, not a problem to overcome some make it seem.
Well done brother.
I walk about 15,000 steps a day. Maybe 100 flights of stairs. My legs are always fatigued. I do train quads and hams lightly, but never train calves.
My legs look good, calves look great. I'm pretty sure it's mostly genetics. Anyways, these are the calves of a person who has walked 10ish miles a day for a 3-4 years.
They definitely haven't gotten any bigger in a while. Actually growing them would take dedicated training for sure.
Your legs literally can’t atrophy (lose muscle) if you walk 10,000 steps/day;
Amount of guys doing MAX intensity leg days just to maintain size is hilarious.
Reality check:
You weren’t supposed to train your legs full intensity 2+ times a week;
You were supposed to use them…
@PeptidePharaoh@peptidepirate Dude they for real charging me $936.00 for 90 pills for generic. They will sell me 30 Cialis for $294.50. actually cheaper.
Active pricing algorithm must be broken.
@peptidepirate@PeptidePharaoh I'm going to talk to my PCP in a few weeks and see if she can code it differently. She's pretty cool/creative about stuff like that.
My insurance wouldn't cover the script. Not even generic. It's like $950 for a 90 day supply. 😂
My insurance is weird. My employer self insures for minor stuff and has. Major plan for major stuff. I pay $0 premium per month and out of pocket max is $3k. Prescriptions don't count toward the out of pocket max.
I guess they don't want me to have roxk solid hard-ons. 😅
@BenjaminYeezus Dexa scans show more than just body fat. A few weeks ago I had one and it showed osteopenia in my lumbar spine.
I agree dexas can be vain/cringe. They also can be a good measure of overall health.
I was at my doc office yesterday. We were talking peptides. The ladies behind the desk were all on UGL sermorelin they paid $200/vial and waited 6 weeks to get. I showed them a few websites and now they can get a 10 pack for that price.
The office manager told me they thought $200 was fair because they are going to be charging between around $400/month from a 503.
My mistake.
When I see a Janoshik COA I assume the company named on the COA is the company that sent in the physical vial. I would have never guessed it could be a single vial sent in and COAs issues to five different companies.
I'm guessing this is just a little known industry standard.
@fitcapbiohacker LFG!
I woke up halfway through the night and cleaned the house a bit.
Going back to sleep for a few hours. No work today so I'm on my own time. I can't wait to be retired. Lol
