Last night I had the great pleasure to be invited to speak at the Smithfield Sportsmen Club, at the club monthly member meeting. Thank you to the club president, Jon Hirons, and the more than 100 club members in attendance for the opportunity to introduce myself and my campaign.

Founded in 1917, the Smithfield Sportsmen Club has a vibrant membership and is a great member of the Smithfield community.

Excellent questions about the recent unconstitutional Democrat led 2nd Amendment ruling-SB2710 - in the Rhode Island Legislature.

My position on the Rise of Socialism taking over the Democrat Party in The United States and Rhode Island.

I believe Rhode Island deserves policies that reward hard work, support small businesses, and create opportunities for the hard-working families of Rhode Island to succeed.

That's why I'm DEEPLY concerned about the agenda promoted by the Democrat Socialists of America (DSA). The Democrat Party is leaving traditional Democrat Voters in Rhode Island.

In my view, proposals for significantly expanding government programs, increasing taxes, and giving government a larger role in the economy will, by design, slow growth, discourage investment, and make it harder to create good-paying jobs.

Before supporting any political party or candidate, read their platform, ask tough questions, and think about the long-term consequences. Rhode Island's future depends on informed voters and elected officials’ clear statements on the Democrat Socialists of America.

Hello Johnston, Lincoln, and Smithfield! Last night I had the great pleasure of introducing myself to 150 attendees at the Smithfield Republican Town Committee Steak Dinner Event in Smithfield. I met many hardworking and patriotic people who expressed real concerns about the current condition of Rhode Island and the continual bad decisions being made in the Rhode Island legislature. Decisions that are making life harder on all of us Rhode Islanders. We can fix this by voting for common sense changes in Rhode Island this November.

A good day!
I knocked on almost 100 doors today to secure signatures for my campaign.
I'm halfway to the number of signatures I need after one day.
A couple of things I discovered today.
First, hot Vitamin Water is definitely not as good as cold Vitamin Water.
Secondly, to the one lady that slammed the door on me when I told her that I was running as a Republican, WD-40 will get rid of that creaky hinge. Just a suggestion ...
Lastly, people are excited for change in Rhode Island politics.
Back at it tomorrow in District 44
