London's hospitality sector has the highest rate of low-wage employees (70.4%).
Structural issues like service charge, zero-hour contracts, tight commercial margins and staffing structures mean that individuals are stuck in low pay for years with little access to progression.
Our ambition is to inspire our fellow hospitality employers to play a pivotal role in breaking the cycle of homelessness.
We aim to achieve this by promoting fair pay, stable hours, opportunities for career advancement, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
