They refused to lodge a complaint and i have the call recording also.
Suggest me what should I do next?
Don't ask me to visit the branch.
1. I am not in the same city
2. That particular branch officers are too rude to approach.

What is this joke going on @pnbindia . Each year they send some random amount to my account and auto debit that again. But still Bank statement will show balance:0 and Balance check: -40k. Why in(-) ? Can you describe above screenshots? And these are not even visible in sttmnt😑

They didn't unblock even after requesting multiple times. Only new TAT each time and false promise to unblock in 1/2 hours, meantime the user will keep suffering.
I know they took it into their ego for complaining online. Leaving the bank+services as it is to be dormant

Frankly saying @HDFC_Bank , you guys have blocked my UPI I'd for no reason despite multiple requests not unblocking it. This is completely unacceptable. Imagine someone living outside and dependent on UPI and they have blocked my entire UPI account. Never use HDFC services guys.
