Work life balance is great, in-fact we recommend it to all our competitors.
Don’t be angry with this post. You’re free to disagree & let us cook :)
@ayushjaiswal the difference between spacex and xai is that spacex is ahead of the competition, and xai employees tweet about nearly killing people on the high way while they're dead last
imagine you're driving back home after a family thanksgiving and you get absolutely yeeted because someone was working 36 hours in palo alto and you leave two kids and a pregnant wife behind
idk man, I still think this is incredibly shameful behavior by the founders of Windsurf and I don't think they've been called out on it nearly enough
people are underrating the second order effects of breaking the SV social contract
Fascinating how you can Temu-ify a household brand in just a couple months, associating it with tacky teenager side projects devoid of thoughtfulness.
Garry Tan’s any% downslope speedrun strategy. A master at it.
Cosigned. I'd never raise funds from or in anyway deal with a16slop the VC firm. Every time I see a gross performatively bad startup out there, guess who's backing it
Being funded by them is a huge anti signal in the first place these days. Sad
Every time I see a startup that is genuinely just performatively awful and actually has no path to being a good startup, it's a16z. If I find out someone has them on their cap table I basically just write them off at this point
