Dear Horse Community,

Greetings to all members of the Horse family.

Due to the current sluggish market environment, combined with the year end period and the dual impact of capital constraints and weakened sentiment, recent price performance has not met expectations. We sincerely apologize to every community member who has supported Horse.

During this period, the team made multiple attempts to support the market, but heavy selling pressure limited the results. At present, a significant portion of the more than 500 donation addresses have chosen to exit, which is a reality we must acknowledge and face directly.

After several rounds of internal discussion, the team has reached a clear conclusion:
At this stage, only by returning the project to a more transparent, steady, and community governed path can Horse achieve healthier and more sustainable development.
To eliminate market concerns, ensure the project continues to move forward, and build a stronger foundation, the team has decided on the following arrangement:

• 4.65 million tokens repurchased by the project team
• 5,386 USDT remaining from donations

will be fully transferred to the custody of the Business Academy Dean, Teacher Pingbo, for unified management.
Going forward, we hope that responsible and committed front line leaders within the Horse community will actively participate in the Business Academy, working together with Teacher Pingbo to discuss the project’s future direction, properly manage funds and tokens, and promote healthy, community driven growth.

Although the project team is stepping back from the front stage, we have not left. We will continue to fully support the community and the Business Academy in all decisions and execution, standing together to safeguard Horse’s future.
