@ashley84882470 @Accredo It's horrendous. Don't waste your time emailing them.... You'll end up just as frustrated as calling the number. I've called every week for 10 weeks asking for an update and it's a miracle if they even have a record of the previous 3 phone calls when I get them.

@Christo26882666 @Accredo The only reason these guys are in business is because a big insurance company owns them and forces consumers to use them with no other options. Any online search of Accredo will garner hundreds of negative reviews that are all extremely accurate. It should be CRIMINAL.

@Accredo Sweet- giving out a phone number and telling patients to call it for copay assistance isn't hard. Then again, neither is getting my- or anyone else's - medication to them on time. Maybe focus on that. Going on 3 mos and still waiting. I have no idea how you guys are in business.

@BCBSAssociation @BCBSM how can you, in good conscience, allow @Accredo to be your only specialty pharmacy for certain medications? Read the reviews online and actually do something about the piles of internal complaints filed with you regarding them.

@Accredo @mda awesome!! Maybe you can sponsor an internal overhaul so that the patients who are forced to use you can actually get their medication in a safe and timely manner! My, and hundreds of others, experience of you has been an absolute joke.
