@Layo_FH I used to listen to every single episode up until mid-2020 when he became a borderline Covid-19 conspiracy nut. He changed his stance during that period of time - as did Musk. It roughly coincided with them both moving to Texas, which may be a contributing factor.

The current UK budget discourse seems to suggest that making a £67,000 salary is unthinkably selfish and greedy of you and needs to be soaked with taxes, but inheriting a £1,000,000 farm is an honest patriotic livelihood that would be outrageous to even consider taxing.

The idea a developer should do a Changing Rooms on each property is absurd.
