@Metrolink I hadn’t take the train in 6 months because it’s literally a mess managed by overpaid people who care less. I was going to take the train today but as always I saw that it was going to be super late so I drove to work. issues come up but there are never any plans to solve them.
This goes to Metrolink and I hope others post as well who experience the inadequacy of the way they handle problems on the lines. I’ve had many conversations with others about the alarming style of conflict resolution. We all need to speak up by calling them on it.
@Metrolink91 Here is the sad part that Metrolink does all the time. It knows that the delays will take a long time and yet it does nothing to mitigate the problem. It waits to the last minute to find a solution. Take for example yesterday being stuck on the train for 2hrs before heading back.
@Metrolink91 is it legal to keep passengers on the train for more than two hours? I started at 4pm and still haven’t made it to my stop, it’s now 6:22.
@Metrolink91 By your answer you have never been on a Metrolink train. For example I’m sitting on the tracks when I should be at my stop. Will the train make up the time? Tell me.
@Metrolink91 I find it hilarious that trains have red lights too. I take the train to avoid signals, traffic and collisions. apparently the joke is on me.
@Metrolink91 See now that you have the “alerts”, it relieves you of having to reply and answer back when people at this hour are awake and waiting. Customer service line doesn’t open til 6am, what are people supposed to do then?
@Metrolink91 But when you knew that it was stuck why didn’t you give the Uber voucher then. Instead you wait when people are on the road driving. You always do that.
