There are reports of area youth having confrontation with public safety officers in the areas adjacent to the Plaza Towers. Any Bison in the area please be sure to have your Bison One card available and to stay clear of the scene.
Please exercise good judgment and Bison SAFE best practices in traveling or gathering outside of the Plaza Towers, Trellis House, and throughout the Georgia Ave corridor. #bisonsafe#dc#campussafety#howarduniversity

The National Weather Service has elevated their projections for severe weather to a tornado watch beginning at 4 pm. In consultation with our city-based safety agencies and our on-campus offices, the University will close at 3:45 pm.
