As obvious as this prediction was in 2022, it’s equally obvious to me that with historically cheap commercial real estate, chapter 11 restructuring, & the need for community, #WeWork will thrive.

@DanShappir Curious your take a couple of years later. IBM is now worth 4x Zoom, but that said, Zoom is looking like a solid buy. A likely acquisition target if it stays at this level for an Oracle, SFDC, or even a telco. Thoughts?

The entire value of IBM today (market cap) is $91B. Contrast that to the entire value of Zoom which is $148B. The stock market is drunk and due for a very big hangover soon. Maybe invest in Pfizer (the maker of Advil) to prepare? 🤓

The lesson… markets always correct and bubble always burst.
