@d0paminerush320 I generally agree however i do think there are some game-economy-based rules people should be following. For example if you got solo killed by your laner 2 times in a row, you should in most cases respect the fact the opponent is now close to 1 level and in gold ahead. Stat diff

@RiotPhroxzon Revert the nerfs on Nunu, he is an early game champ, players are supposed to play safe during laning. You've removed so much damage from him that now even if they dont play safe it doesn't matter and he can't scale to compensate.
