@BerengarKuman Oghuz Turks are an admixture of West Eurasian Indo-European Iranian nomads (Scythians/Sakas) and East Asian Mongolic peoples. So yes, they were still significantly Mongolic. Mixing with Iranic nomads is why strong slant eyes/Mongoloid features became less common in them.
