@GMB My wife has a wheelchair similar and we have constant problems with buses, shops, dentist, planes trains, holiday accommodation it's endless. No one cares!

@GMB As an unpaid carer I welcome the choice to avoid the time and expense of going to GP in favour of phone/video. Makes sense to me.
