@VirginAtlantic Yep. The customer service is shocking. It shouldn’t take a social media post to get them to sort. Travelling is stressful enough as it is without all of this.
@VirginAtlantic and @MSC_Cruises_UK keep blaming each other for who is responsible for the name change. Does it matter. It’s an E that needs to be added to the name. It takes two seconds to type it 🤦🏼♀️
