Due to construction beginning Monday, February 3rd, 2025 on Burton Ave there will be no Westchester (Route 14) bus service on Burton Avenue between Westchester and South road until further notice. Please see the detour map for details and follow us on Facebook for more updates.

All High Point Transit services will be delayed by 3 hours on Wednesday, January 22. Service will begin at 8:45 am.

Due to unsafe road conditions, HPTS will suspend service at 3:15 PM today. HPTS values customer service & safety. If you rode the HPTS bus earlier today & need help getting home, please call us at 336.889.7433. We will do our best not to strand any customers due to the weather.

The @APTA_info Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is conducting research on accessibility in public transit, specifically related to rider experience for individuals who are blind or visually impaired. The objectives of this research project are

rider experience for these individuals who rely on public transportation as a primary means of mobility. There is a 10-minute survey for individuals who are blind or visually impaired to provide insight from our target rider group.
