They play an important role in our agriculture by helping with crop production through pollination.

Here's a throwback recipe from 1887, to bring for a picnic:
Jackson Snaps 🫰

Blend:
1 cup butter
1 egg
2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
5 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 tsp lemon zest

Roll them out and bake them at 375°F for around 10 minutes.

Did you know this cool creature only eats underwater?

They can't swallow unless they're submerged in the creek.
