@Grampsknos I doubt you're able to separate your positions due to political identity from what the facts are, but the numbers don't lie.
If your eyes were open, instead of just looking for people who agree with you, you'd see it melting permafrost and rising oceans.

Trump has just destroyed the US beef industry. No country in their right mind is going to import US beef.
After Trump cut funding for Screwworm monitoring programs, the dangerous flesh-eating parasite has been found in US cattle for the first time since 1966.
@DrobotunVitalii I support the people of Ukraine and their bravery. And some of the better-known members of leadership (Zelenskyy, Budanov, Zaluzhnyi, Syrskyi, etc)
And some of the units (esp @wilendhornets & @414magyarbirds)
Oh, and it's bid for the EU and NATO. And justice.
So, maybe.
@Grampsknos You seem painfully confused. Could you try addressing my point with something more substantive than a red herring?
Because the Dems didn't cut food safety, disease, or ocean temp monitoring -- all of which will hurt the US as a whole.
Or do you have a different view?
@Cancie1Peg@GREGLIONS@highbrow_nobrow I agree. If no one were to speak out at all, people who disagree, however strongly, would think they are by themselves.
But when you know there are a lot more, that gives you courage. But it also lets elected officials know where you stand.
@GREGLIONS@highbrow_nobrow I just want to point out he has a whole party of elected officials who put the party and partisanship ahead of the country and democracy itself.
And, it's up to us to stop this.
I see your profile picture. That’s Johnny Cash. My hero too. Arrested seven times. Smuggled 668 amphetamines across the Mexican border in 1965. Took every drug there was and drank like I did. Cheated on his first wife. Slept with more woman than I ever did. Hit bottom in a cave in Tennessee in 1968 trying to crawl off and die. And then he got up. He got clean. He spent the rest of his life singing for prisoners and addicts and the people the country threw away because he knew he was one of them.
That was the whole point of the Man in Black. He wore it for the poor and the beaten down. He wore it for the prisoner who has long paid for his crime. He wore it for the ones who never heard a word of Jesus. He wore it for the addicted and the dying. He wore it as a standing witness that no one is past saving.
You picked his picture. You did not pick his message. Try listening to the words.
