@AmericanAir In January this year they lost my luggage in with my belongings worth $30,000 or more they didn’t give me the form or any investigation until I push them to do it finally they sent me the form in April please share my story

@AmericanAir worst airline and costumer service I have ever had !!! The lost my luggage with all my expensive belongings in it and they told me they were investigating it this is like the worst investigation in the most poorly handled case I ever seen this happen in January
