Yesterday we held our final board meeting. It was wonderful to look back over our best bits with some of the people who made the project such a success over the last 5 years.
Today the last remaining HRP project team members, @MoulesJayne and @KatieCramphorn, leave for their next adventures after 3 & 5 years with the team respectively.
Its been a pleasure and a privilege working in Hartlepool for the last 3 years with these wonderful people who have worked together to achieve so much. Take a look at our blog reflecting on the highs and....well highs! https://t.co/RryB9MkFES
It's been an absolute pleasure @KatieCramphorn and @MoulesJayne - all the very best for your next adventures!
They're written a great blog all about their journey of creating systems change in Hartlepool over the last five years. Please read and share! https://t.co/ZpX2Yph0yE
Big thanks to everyone who came along for our final board meeting/celebration shindig! We've been looking back over our best bits - 5 years full of achievements in the Hartlepool community and workforce! Thank you to everyone involved in our journey.
We feel we've been privileged @HRPhartlepool to be able to use data to learn & inform other players in the system. We're aware not everybody feels they can use data in this way, instead having to use it for accountability & reporting.
The opportunity to share our learning today comes as @HRPhartlepool prepares to end a 5 year system change journey. But the work doesn't stop, change is constant. Our project team will leave and a host of key players are now better positioned to move forward with the agenda.
Yesterday @Iain_caldwell referred to 'system pirates' interrupting systems & creating positive trouble. We've been able to connect with many of you! It's been a hoot! Thanks @LankellyChase. For now I'll say 👋 but please do keep the conversation going @JayneMoules2@HRPhartlepool
A common theme from sharing experiences is that commissioners and funders are part of the system. If providers are changing then commissioners need to change too.
As 'system stewards' it's sometimes been hard for our team to take the more complicated & difficult route! Sharing experiences with other on the same journey has been essential. We've done this through our funders, local & national networks.
@LankellyChase@OnePlusOne_@cf_ne@JanMitcheson This was such a great resource to share with practitioners - easy to use, sound theory underpinning the tools and excellent resources for people to take with them and use with parents the next day!
Practitioners told us that they wanted to build on their existing skills to be able to support parental relationships. Here's a gang of graduates from a Level 4 qualification! 👩🎓
One of the things we learned is that any classroom based training needs to be followed up with support across the system to embed that learning into practice. We presented this in our report 'Creating Light Bulb Moments' - read here! 💡 https://t.co/S4jJEsJDr8
