Unacceptable that I called two weeks ago to have @1800PACKRAT deliver my pods, paid almost 9k to get a call tonight saying they’ll now be delivered 12/22. Haven’t even left my destination yet. Now I can’t get my movers bc they are booked and it will be Christmas week.

@1800PACKRAT Unacceptable that I called 2 weeks ago to have my pods delivered on 12/19. I get a call tonight saying they’ll be delivered on 12/22 after paying 9k to have them transported and delivered bc you can’t find drivers. Now my movers are booked and it’s Christmas week.

@Airbnb Do hosts not get any training? What other info does the host have that he’s passing around? This shows me they are not concerned about our safety. Maybe @vrbo is better? Or stick with @HiltonHotels or @Marriott. I’ve never felt unsafe at either

@AirbnbHelp You “looked into it” yesterday. Hosts can essentially do what they want and control whether you get a refund for remaining nights or not.

Update on @Airbnb drama. The host that made me feel unsafe has “apologized” so it’s up to him if he gives me a refund for the remaining nights. Of course he didn’t. Shocker. Oh! And he gave my cell # to a rando today to drop off things that should have been in the house.

Cont…If the host enters the house without perm then @Airbnb will refund the next 12 days and cancel. THEY WONT BE COMING TO TALK IF THEY ENTER THE HOUSE. Single women, you should know Airbnb is not concerned with your safety.

Cont..Totally inappropriate the men that have the door codes to the house I’m sleeping in asking me for a job. I contact @Airbnb support. Jist - since I didn’t say no it’s not harassment. Only host can cancel resy and give my $$ back for the next 12 days even tho I feel unsafe.

Renting @Airbnb for 13 days. Host asks job before resy. I say HR. The owner, not host, then sends a message asking what company, etc. then my work email addy so he can send his resume and I can get him a job bc he’s in Qatar and wants to work in the US.

Ordered a washer and dryer from @SamsungUS but the delivery is done via @XPOLogistics. XPO in Texas SUCKS. Do not ever order from @SamsungUS directly if @XPOLogistics delivers. I’m still waiting on that washer and dryer even tho it says delivered and installed on my tracking.
