Images of daily life in New York City interspersed with cameos of important avant-garde figures such as Allen Ginsberg, Patti Smith, and Jonas Mekas are all synced to the sounds of Kurt Weill and Bertolt Brecht’s opera Rise and Fall of the City of Mahagonny.
To kick things off, join the @HS_Archives and Mississippi Records this Saturday, June 15th at the @HollywoodTheatr for an evening of experimental film and rousing musical guests with a smattering of esoterica. Let's get weird.
