The weather for tonights StarNight at the Hembree Springs Observatory is looking good! Come on out for Saturn, the Moon, and possibly the Andromeda galaxy!
Star Night Tonight!! We are going to have Star Night tonight, Friday, September 14 starting at 8:15. The remnants of former hurricane Florence are forecast to bring clouds to our area tomorrow, but tonight looks clear. Apologies to anybody this inconveniences.
Tonight’s Star Night is on, BUT clouds are moving in as the evening progresses. The Moon is making a heroic effort to shine through the scud so come on out and cheer her on.
Tonight’s Star Night at Hembree Springs is cancelled due to safety and travel concerns related to the winter wonderland we find ourselves in today. The next Star Night is scheduled for January 27. Hope to see you then!
