Hey @bookingcom what's with advertising hotels that have been closed for 6 months taking money and leaving the customer out of pocket by saying "not our problem" - @agoda saying the hotel is open but the locked doors, lack of lights and broken windows said otherwise

@agoda You don't think I've tried? Each time I contact and email you move the goal posts, basically saying in the end I have to drive 3 hours to get the other hotel booked to print off the receipt on official headed paper and stamped... Whole company feels like a scam
