It’s been error after error across platforms and now the wrong CDs are being sent to people who’ve spent their money on Slow Dancing.

Now we’re concerned whether the skewed numbers we’ve been seeing on charts is accurate or not?!

@GeffenRecords @bts_bighit There are incidents of US fans who ordered SD CDs yet they got a different package so all those sales were counted for them not SD!!! We've been pre-ordering for a month & usually receive email upon release that our digital is ready to download as only downloaded digitals count for charts. FIX IT!
