#WorldMentalHealthDay (10 October) is a day to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters. It’s also a day to let people know that it’s okay to ask for help, no matter what you’re going through. 💜
Ensuring our students enjoy an outstanding experience whilst studying at Health Sciences University is a key focus for us and protecting and nurturing their mental health, and that of our staff, is paramount to that.
Our Student Services teams, based at both our Bournemouth ️ and London 🏙️ campuses, support all our students. From personal mental health and wellbeing support to our professional counselling service, you are never alone.
Remember, talking about our mental health can help us cope better with life’s ups and downs. 💛
