🔴An inquest into the death of Donald Burgess, a wheelchair-bound amputee suffering from dementia has found the actions of the two police officers may have contributed to his death

🔵Police had been called to Park Beck Residential Care Home in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex, after reports the pensioner had flicked food at staff and had refused to put down a butter knife.

🔴Within just one minute and 14 seconds of arriving, they had discharged the Taser at the wheelchair-bound man. PC Smith then hit Mr Burgess with the baton before emptying almost a full can of PAVA spray into his face.

🔵Following the incident PC Smith was charged with two counts of actual bodily harm while PC Comotto was charged with one count. Last year both officers were cleared of charges of assault after a trial at Southwark Crown Court.

The completely discredited BBC has lost so many TV licence fee payers that it is lobbying its chums in the Labour Government for an £11 a month levy on everyone who pays for internet access.

Many people I know refuse to pay for the BBC because of the endless scandals where they have employed, hosted and it appears protected paedophiles.

The BBC’s new scam to force people who don’t watch their output to pay for them is despicable but not surprising.
I personally have not paid the TV licence for years and don’t own a TV set.
The Government will try to protect and insulate the BBC from its own failings and the backlash from the public for the biased woke DEI propaganda it pushes out in its ‘programming’ to the masses.
The BBC always claims it’s the ‘most respected broadcaster’ but never wants to move to a subscription model where that claim could be tested.

What if the new BBC funding proposals are pay per device?
