@LloydsBank Shocked at quality of service and safety of my accounts. No spotting of 35 fraudulent transactions of identical amounts of money in 5 different locations over 6 days. No logging or actions from my call to report 4 days ago.
So far 2 hours waiting to log complaint ..

@jonnybid Thank you so much for this. We adopted this approach last year as part of our @UNICEF Rights Respecting School ethos. This year we wanted to update our titles and there are some here I hadn’t seen so thank you.
