Why are creators being terminated without warnings?

For some creators, one enforcement action can mean losing years of work instantly.

And what makes it even more frustrating is seeing how differently enforcement can play out from creator to creator.

Why do some creators receive multiple opportunities, additional reviews, or reinstatements while others don’t even get a warning?

Here’s what needs to change:

1️⃣ Consistent Enforcement
Similar situations should receive similar outcomes.

2️⃣ Fair Opportunities
Creators facing termination should have a meaningful opportunity to have their case reviewed.

3️⃣ Transparency
Creators deserve to understand why some cases receive additional consideration while others don’t.

4️⃣ Accountability
When enforcement produces completely different outcomes, YouTube should explain why.

Creators shouldn’t have to wonder why one person gets another chance while another loses everything without warning.

I am still waiting for my channel to be properly reviewed and reinstated. Enough delays. I deserve a fair review as soon as possible and the restoration of my channel.

This situation has become extremely frustrating and is having a significant impact on my life. What makes it even harder is seeing other people reupload my original videos, earn revenue from them, gain millions of views, and continue without issue, while my own original content is treated as if it violates the rules.

If my content is considered non-original, then the same standard should be applied consistently to every channel publishing similar content. I can clearly see thousands of channels on YouTube creating the same type of videos as mine.

If my channel truly violates YouTube's policies, then those policies should be enforced equally across all similar channels. If this type of content is allowed on YouTube, then my channel should also be reinstated. Selectively removing some channels while allowing others with the same type of content to remain active creates the impression of inconsistent enforcement.

I respectfully ask YouTube to conduct a fair and thorough review of my case and restore my channel.

After my channel was removed, I noticed that other people are re-uploading videos that I personally created and are benefiting from them on YouTube without any action being taken against them.

I don't understand how the original creator can be accused of violating YouTube's policies while others are allowed to upload the exact same content without consequences. If the content truly violates the guidelines, why is it still available on other channels? If it doesn't, then why was my channel removed?

I respectfully ask you to review my case once again. At this point, I only need one of my channels to be reinstated so I can continue my work. Content creation is my profession and my primary source of income.

I sincerely want to understand what specific YouTube policies I have violated. After carefully reading the YouTube Community Guidelines, I still cannot identify how my channels violate the rules regarding misleading content, deceptive practices, or misleading titles. My content mainly consists of car videos and driving experiences, and I have always tried to follow YouTube's policies.

If I have made any mistake, I would genuinely appreciate a clear explanation so I can correct it and ensure it never happens again. My goal is simply to create content while fully complying with YouTube's rules.

There is also something that has left me very confused. One of my channels was reviewed by your team and restored, which gave me confidence that it complied with YouTube's policies. However, only three days later, it was terminated again, apparently by your automated detection system. This is extremely difficult to understand. If the channel was manually reviewed and reinstated, why was it removed again just a few days later?

This inconsistency has made me lose confidence in the platform. I no longer feel secure investing my time and effort into building a new channel if it could be removed again without a clear explanation. As a creator, I need to understand what is expected of me so I can continue my work with confidence.

I'm not asking you to restore my channels. I'm simply asking for clarification.

I carefully read YouTube's policies, and I genuinely don't understand what I did wrong. My content consisted of car experiments created inside a game using licensed music. I never intended to mislead viewers, use deceptive titles, or violate any of YouTube's policies.

What confuses me is that many other channels create very similar content and remain active, while all of my car-related channels were terminated. I just want to understand what specific issue led to this decision.

I've already lost several channels, each with over $2,000 in pending earnings. I don't want to repeat the same mistake if I start a new channel in the future.

My channel was terminated without any prior warning due to alleged violations of YouTube’s Community Guidelines, and I believe this action was very harsh considering my situation as a content creator.

I understand that YouTube has policies in place to protect the platform, but in many cases creators are given warnings or notifications before severe actions are taken. This gives creators the opportunity to understand the issue, correct their mistakes, and avoid repeating them.

Removing a channel directly without any prior notice or clear explanation makes it difficult for creators to know what exactly went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. As a creator on this platform, I believe I should receive a clear notification explaining the specific violation so I can fix it and continue following YouTube’s policies.

I would also like to mention that my other channel, @HBAYBB, was reviewed and restored. Based on this, I believe that my channel @FREE-CRR also deserves another opportunity for a fair review and reconsideration, especially since both channels follow the same approach and content style.

I am fully willing to cooperate, and if there are any videos that violate YouTube’s content policies, I am ready to remove or modify them to comply with the guidelines. Regarding my titles and hashtags, I always try to make them related to the actual video content or the general theme of the channel. They were never intended to mislead viewers.
