In Sagaing's Budalin tsp, Ko Nwe Oo, the owner of Lin Lei Myay agricultural pharmacy, was seriously wounded in his thigh when an artillery shell fired by junta troops exploded in front of his shop on Jan 9 morning. The doors in front of the shop were also damaged.
