Some people believe that under Islamic law, rape is only punishable if four witnesses testify to the act itself. This is a common misconception.

In Islamic jurisprudence, rape is a serious crime punishable by stoning to death (a hadd penalty) when the strictest evidentiary standard is met, typically four trustworthy witnesses who saw the act. Because this punishment is so severe, the bar for proof is set exceptionally high.

However, if four witnesses are unavailable but other strong evidence exists, such as the victim’s testimony, medical reports, circumstantial evidence, or a confession, the judge still has the authority to impose a lesser (ta’zir) punishment. These discretionary penalties can include flogging, imprisonment, public shaming, fines, or a combination of these measures.

In short, the absence of four witnesses does not mean the perpetrator will go free. As long as credible evidence is presented, the criminal can still be punished.

The Western education system needs to be reformed according to Islam. It is not neutral knowledge. It is a career training machine that damages faith, families, and women.

This system began in 18th century Prussia under King Frederick the Great. He created compulsory schooling to produce obedient workers for the state. It spread worldwide as industrial training, not Islamic tarbiyah.

It forces long hours away from home and pushes competition in the workforce. For women, this directly clashes with their God given role as nurturers of the home.

Allah created clear differences between women and men. Women experience periods, pregnancy, and childbirth. These affect energy and focus. The system ignores them and treats women as identical to men.

Islam protects women’s fitrah. The Quran says: “Stay in your houses.” The Prophet (pbuh) said that the best prayer for a woman is inside her home. He gave her the reward of a mujahid for staying in the house.

The modern system does the opposite. It pulls women out daily to compete with men. It delays marriage and weakens modesty. The evidence is undeniable.

Look at the numbers. 🇹🇷 Among women with no Western degrees, 100% wear hijab. Among graduates, only 11%. The longer girls stay in this system, the more religiosity drops.

In America, rising female degrees matched a collapse in marriage rates. From 91% married by age 30 in 1975 to about 25% today. Female doctors face much higher suicide rates. This is their “progress.”

Knowledge is encouraged in Islam for everyone, at any age. But the method and goal must serve the deen, not destroy it. Madrassas in Afghanistan stay open to women of all ages.

Higher Western-style education faces reform, not a total ban. They are fixing the mixing, the curriculum, and the career-first focus. Solutions will come within an Islamic framework.

Critics are often hypocrites. Many profited from occupation-era ghost schools and feminist quotas. They took Western money to push secularism. Now they scream while ignoring Gaza’s destroyed schools.

This is not about girls learning. It is about power, money, and resisting Islamic reform. Traditional scholars limited women’s daily attendance in formal institutions for over a thousand years. That was wisdom, not ignorance.

We must build an Islamic system. Start with tawhid, manners, and Quran. Train men as providers. Train women first as righteous wives and mothers. Add useful knowledge without breaking homes.

Have sabr. Trust Allah. Real solutions exist. We can progress without copying a failing foreign model.

This is the reform we need. Wallahu a’lam.

45,000 Algerians Massacred - 8th May 1945

It's been 81 years since 45,000 Algerians were massacred during pro-independence protests by French colonial forces in Northern #Algeria.

On 8 May 1945, as the French celebrated the Allied victory over Nazi Germany at the end of World War II, tens of thousands of Algerians took to the streets in Setif, Guelma, Kherrata and other cities to peacefully claim Algeria’s independence, as #France had promised if they supported their fight against Nazism.

France gathered 400 Muslim scholars and beheaded them. In 1917 AD, during the occupation of Chad. In 1852, when France entered the city of Laghouat in Algeria, it killed two-thirds of its population in a single night and burned them alive.

France occupied Algeria for 132 years. In the first 7 years after their arrival, the French eliminated 1 million Muslims, and in the last 7 years before their departure, they eliminated 1.5 million Muslims. The French historian Jacques Gorky estimated that the total number of Muslims killed in Algeria from France's arrival in 1830 to its departure in 1962 was 10 million.

France occupied Tunisia for 75 years, Algeria for 132 years, Morocco for 44 years, and Mauritania for 60 years.

When France entered Egypt during its famous campaign, French soldiers on horseback entered mosques and raped free women in front of their families. They drank wine in the mosques and turned them into stables for their horses.

It is strange to see some people boasting about and defending French civilization, forgetting all its dark history. This is France; remind them of its history.
