@everhoax That’s exactly what they don’t want to reconcile with. There are MANY very talented people out there with little to no success because success is not based on pure skill
Everyone on Stan Twitter thinks success is a meritocracy. You just get to be successful because you’re talented. What you do has to resonate with people and that doesn’t require being the best at everything
I will never understand the obsession with pop girls needing to have the "full package" - singing, dancing, music quality. We don't expect the same from men, also don't we WANT variety? We NEED Raye, Taylor, Adele, Olivia, Ariana, Sabrina, Dua, Chappell, Beyonce...we need range
I’ll be honest, Zara hasn’t stuck because she doesn’t have a lane. Pretty pop girl with catchy pop songs isn’t enough of a differentiator to stand out. That doesn’t mean she’s untalented (she’s very talented), but there are very obvious reasons she is not at Taylor’s level
Taylor and Zara are not comparable artists. The draw of Taylor has always been primarily in the diaristic songwriting and that’s simply not what Zara does.
🚨| Both "The Fate of Ophelia" and "Opalite" are expected to remain in the Billboard Hot 100 Top 10 at #9 and #10, respectively.
Make sure to stream to secure both songs in the Top 10.
@CuteObeseCowz Yes but very low in streams compared to Ophelia. And it didn’t stick around long after that run.
I’m not saying it wasn’t big, but Ophelia and Opalite had much stronger runs overall
Many subreddits are starting to ban those that use snark pages because they’re literally extremists that won’t listen to any other opinion. They ban anyone who tries.
snark pages aren’t harmless gossip they’re dangerous harassment echo chambers where hating women gets normalized and escalates into real world violence . How many incidents does it take before @Reddit stops ignoring it and takes responsibility
