@sewateruk You have closed off Alders Road Capel TN12 both ends with no work taking place. There is a pub the Dovecot in the middle that is losing trade. Could you add “pub still open” to your notice?

One at the A228 end of Whetsted Rd is forcing traffic over to the other side of the carriageway immediately before the T junction before the right turn towards the A228. Residents report collision risk with oncoming traffic.

@sewateruk @KentHighways There is also an issue about the secondary school buses from the village to Tonbridge and back. Any chance of them being allowed through the closure as they cannot negotiate the railway bridge…
