@drgurner I want to get there, I really do, but as a widowed father of 2 teens, I find myself drained of energy...I barely find time to workout and get into nature. Thinking I need to examine how I spend my time, focus...love your work

@drgurner @Zanussi46 I don't disagree with the logic, but ostensibly you purchased your property in part because of the quality of amenities (schools, public safety, infrastructure) provided by the local government that assessed the property tax. How do you propose to pay for those public goods?

@SamanthaTwenty @EdelmanFE Fascinating. Probably a combination of correlation and causation -- folks who are proactive/intentional in that fashion acquire a sense of peace, preparedness, that makes room for those other aspects.
Perhaps also the sense of gratitude that emerges from the entire project.
