@garvit_sethii Bro... This creamy layer concept does not benefit the general category. I am OBC in the Central government list as well as in 3 state lists but fall in general category due to creamy layer. Had there been no creamy layer for OBC i would have been in OBC seat instead of General.

@MIB_India @PetroleumMin So then.... What is the end benefit for the consumer ?? The mileage of E20 is less than 100℅ petrol so more petrol has to be filled to cover same distance. So in short the end consumer should suffer a loss in the name of deshbhakti and Bharat Mata . Fantastic 👏👏👏 !
