Hull's Young People's Peer Mentoring Project run by Cornerhouse as part of the HeadStart Hull Programme, supporting young people with their emotional well-being
This years #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek theme is Nature, take time to go outside, go for a walk, have a picnic with friends, sit and talk in the park and enjoy all the beautiful nature we have!
Today marks the start of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek We have peer mentors available for young people who want support; we have mentors in schools and in the community ready to listen and help.
This service, delivered by @HullPeer , offers 1-2-1 support from trained peer mentors a similar age to you, who can lend a listening ear and give support to help you deal with your worries.
