It's frustrating to see UBI discussed as a full replacement for jobs in the context of no jobs to be had. UBI is a floor and a dividend. It is meant to prevent the financial harms and widely share the benefits. There will always be work for people that other people will pay for, and there will always be new challenges for people to tackle.
